We’re Seeking
An experienced Employment Attorney to join our firm in a full-time, in-person or remote role representing management clients in employment and labor matters. The position involves handling employment-related disputes including wage and hour matters, discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful termination actions, workforce downsizing issues, and matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act and related statutes.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in practice in employment law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
- The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $175,000 - $260,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location.
- Required to bill 1,750 hours annually.
