We offer competitive base pay and aggressive bonus structures. Our lawyers pay structure is literally unlimited and never capped. Our lawyers on average earn over $250,000.00 a year. Our top performing lawyers earn closer to seven figures or more.

Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years practicing personal injury law in the State of Texas. Trial skills and a passion for positively impacting the lives of those we represent are preferred!
