Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of employment law experience to join Littler CaseSmart (LCS) as a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence and either California, Connecticut, or Massachusetts. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States. Pursuant to California, Columbus and Cleveland, OH, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC regulation, the starting salary range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000 annually contingent on relevant experience and education and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
