Description

Duane Morris LLP seeks an immigration associate to join its growing New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of substantial business immigration experience with a wide range of NIV (E, H, L & O) and IV (PERM, EB-1 & NIW) matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent case management and writing skills, a positive presence, advocacy ability and direct contact with corporate clients. Strong academics, research and organizational skills required along with an entrepreneurial drive, initiative and ability to work independently in a fast paced, high volume immigration practice. NY Bar and in-office presence 4+ days/week required.

The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $135,000 - 155,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors.
