About the Role
DebnamRust, P.C. is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience, licensed in Texas, to serve as the leader of our Family Law Team. This is a leadership role that is designed for a seasoned attorney who values high-quality legal work, healthy team dynamics, and structured excellence. The current team includes an attorney, paralegals, and interns. This position is overseen by a Firm Shareholder who is an experienced Family Law attorney.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary attorney on Family Law matters
Appear in court and handle hearings with confidence and professionalism
Provide clear legal guidance and reassurance to clients
Supervise, mentor, collaborate with team members
Foster positive team environment
Operate within firm procedures for discovery, hearing preparation, case review, and trust enforcement
Escalate truly novel or high-risk issues appropriately or partner
Compensation, Benefits & Bonuses
Base salary: $150,000 – $185,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonuses: available above Billable Hour target
Health insurance: 100% employer-paid health insurance
Retirement: 3% employer contribution to 401(k)

Requirements
Five plus years of experience in Family Law, licensed in the State of Texas, and demonstrate knowledge in legal area.
