Established consumer bankruptcy practice seeks an Arizona-licensed attorney with a minimum of one to two years’ experience representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings. This position is fully remote within Arizona, with optional access to firm office space.
The firm operates on a flat-fee model without billable hour requirements and emphasizes direct attorney–client relationships, professional autonomy, and high-quality client service. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and workflow, with a defined pathway to partnership consideration within approximately one year. Candidates may begin on a part-time basis with transition to full-time status.
Compensation
- Part-time: approximately $60,000 annualized
- Full-time base salary: approximately $90,000
- Total earning potential exceeding $120,000 based on production/bonus
- Partnership track available (1 year)

Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from initial consultation through discharge
- Counsel clients regarding bankruptcy options and strategy
- Prepare and review petitions, schedules, statements, and Chapter 13 plans
- Appear at §341 meetings and hearings (remote or in person as required)
- Communicate with trustees, courts, and related parties
- Maintain compliance with applicable deadlines and procedural requirements
Qualifications
- Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona
- Admission to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona
- Minimum two years’ consumer bankruptcy experience
