Law firm seeking to add a Family Law Senior Associate to join our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, advise clients on legal issues, and mentor paralegals and associate attorneys. We are looking for someone with experience in handling the following types of cases: Divorce, Child Custody, Alimony, Child Support, Contempt, and Legitimation. Our office is located in Cherokee County, Georgia and we handle cases in North Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and Member of the Georgia Bar Previous experience in family law or a related area of law Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Familiarity with drafting various legal documents Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Prior experience in negotiating and litigating cases
