We are seeking an experienced patent attorney, patent agent, technical advisor, or patent engineer for a highly flexible position focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Requirements
Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and superior work ethic
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or computer science
At least 1 year of experience with primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preferably in the telecommunications and electrical arts including software, information technology, artificial intelligence, and/or machine learning
Demonstrated experience drafting patent applications for software-implemented inventions, with the ability to proactively address § 101 patent eligibility issues
