BUTLER WEIHMULLER KATZ CRAIG LLP, an AV-rated, civil litigation firm has an opening in its Dallas office for an insurance coverage and defense attorney. The ideal candidate for this associate position will have at least 1-2 years of first and/or third party insurance coverage and litigation experience. This would include preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with insurance coverage litigation, and taking and defending depositions. However, associate candidates with other types of litigation experience will be considered. All ideal candidates will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision Excellent academic credentials and writing ability required.
