Job Summary We are looking for individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary source of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive high-quality support and solutions. You will manage both inbound and outbound communications to address inquiries, resolve complex issues, and provide technical guidance Job Description First point of contact for all customer service issues. Responsible for ensuring patient/client medications, supplies and equipment are accurately recorded and sent to distribution. Consults with Supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies/equipment. Always maintains patient privacy and confidentiality according to established procedures.
