Ziegler Gardner Bell seeks experienced senior associate attorneys to join our professional liability team in Dallas. These are new positions resulting from our continued growth.
These individuals will assist the firm in all facets of its litigation practice, including mission-critical depositions, strategy development, case evaluations, dispositive hearings, legal research and writing, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, arbitrations, and trials. These positions will involve direct client interaction, extensive collaboration with firm attorneys and staff, and task delegation to associate attorneys and support personnel.
The ideal candidates will possess at least five to ten or more years of litigation experience, preferably with some construction experience, and candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
A signing bonus is available for well-qualified candidates.

These Senior Associate Attorney positions are hybrid, requiring some in-office work but also allowing remote work.
