Goldberg Law, LLC is a growing personal injury focused law firm seeking an experienced trial attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys being in court, takes ownership of cases, and can run with a personal injury case from intake through trial.  The ideal candidate would also have experience handling criminal matters and workman’s compensation claims.

We are looking for a compassionate Trial Lawyer—someone who enjoys the litigation process, is a good writer for  motions practice, can take depositions, locate and prep experts, and of course try a great case!  Ideal candidate will know how to utilize technology to its fullest extent, including artificial intelligence where appropriate. 

Requirements

Requirements:

• Licensed in Virginia and Maryland.   Will consider Maryland and DC bar as well.
• 2–10 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling cases from intake through resolution
• Technology savvy
