KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and defend California Workers’ Compensation Defense claims
• Handle hearings, depositions, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, reports, and legal correspondence
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Develop case-specific defense strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate or LLM (Required)
• Active California State Bar (Required)
• 2+ years prior California Workers’ Compensation defense experience (Required)
