Riddle & Williams, P.C. has extensive experience representing community associations in Texas since 1989, with over 1500 community association clients in over 38 counties in Texas. Riddle & Williams, P.C. assists with all legal matters, advising community association boards on all legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiations, enforcement of deed restrictions, amending/rewriting governing documents, corporate governance and compliance, defense of breach of duty claims, commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, business litigation, general litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.
Requirements
We are seeking a talented, results-oriented attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be counted on to play a vital role in all aspects of complex litigation matters, working closely with partners and senior associates. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong track record of success in the following areas:
- Conducting depositions and hearings
- Managing discovery processes
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience with legal research and writing
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Willing to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- 2-5 years of experience at a law firm
- State Bar of Texas license
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions
- Experience with all phases of discovery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player
