Duane Morris LLP seeks a litigation associate with 4-5 years’ experience in corporate/complex commercial litigation (including Court of Chancery experience) to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. Candidate must have strong research and writing skills and ability to work independently, possess a strong positive presence and have demonstrated trial experience.
