Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant? Dallas, TX (Fully In-Office)

LHH is partnering with a highly respected law firm to identify a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a senior attorney in a fast-paced, high-demand practice. This is a high-visibility role offering a blend of executive support and substantive transactional legal work, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

- Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE)

- Provide day-to-day support to a senior commercial real estate attorney with a fast-moving, high-volume practice
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and communications for a busy executive
- Prepare, format, and revise legal documents, including transactional and closing materials
- Assist with real estate closings and transactional workflows
- Serve as a liaison with clients, title companies, and internal teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements, handle time entry, and support billing processes
- Maintain organized physical and electronic files and assist with client onboarding
- Manage incoming calls and communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm environment
- Commercial real estate and/or transactional experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat, including document formatting and redlining
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, personable, and able to interact confidently with attorneys, clients, and staff
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)
- Work Model: Fully in-office
- High-energy, fast-paced environment supporting a senior leader who is frequently on the go
- Initial Zoom interview with HR
- Final in-office interviews with attorneys
