Description
A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers over the phone and via email.
What You'll Do Field and complete requests for contract modifications related to lease extensions, buyout requests, and transfers for growing customer base
Provide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions
Proactively contact customers through outbound phone calls
Problem solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and external teams
Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
Exercise independent judgement to problem solve complex customer issues
