Description
Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury
SCV Law is building something different.
We are a personal injury firm focused on doing good work - the right way. That means clarity in how we operate, consistency in how we deliver, and accountability across the team.
We are looking for a Litigation Attorney who is ready to step into an active role managing cases and driving them forward with purpose.
This is not a “sit back and observe” position. You will be entrusted with real responsibility, supported by a team that expects high standards and backs you to meet them.
The Role
You will take ownership of a litigation caseload from filing through resolution, working closely with leadership and support teams to move cases efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a personal injury litigation docket
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Attending hearings and mediations
Developing case strategy in collaboration with leadership
Working closely with demand writers, case managers, and leadership to ensure clean file progression
What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for the most experienced attorney in the room - we are looking for the right one.
Someone who:
Has hands-on experience in civil litigation, preferably personal injury
Is comfortable owning files and making decisions
Writes clearly and thinks structurally
Takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
Wants to improve, not coast
You’ve likely already had exposure to litigation and are ready for more responsibility - not less.
What Makes SCV Different
Structure over chaos – clear processes, defined expectations
Team alignment – legal, operations, and support work together
Real ownership – you won’t be micromanaged, but you will be accountable
Built for growth – both for the firm and for you
We don’t believe in doing things the way they’ve always been done. We believe in doing them better.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
