Dykema's Dallas office is seeking an associate attorney with 4-7 years of trial litigation experience to join the firm’s esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. Attractive candidates will have strong writing skills, deposition and hearing experience, and the skillset necessary to perform at a high level with an integrated and busy litigation team. Responsibilities will include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Texas is required.
