Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is a national law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations. Hall Render is currently seeking a skilled Real Estate attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the healthcare industry. This position is open in the Dallas office.
We’re Looking For:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active bar license in good standing in Texas.

A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate.

Extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing, and disposition.

Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreement and related documents.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic, collaborative approach, client-service mindset, and intellectual curiosity.

Strong desire to engage in Business Development.
